Eat healthy is self-respect

Sometimes we think that eating healthy, is boring, or doing it because it is fashionable, but we must understand that it is not, eating healthy is to love yourself, respect and have absolute control of your health, and more in these times that everything is so processed, manipulated to make money, there are many options to eat healthy and delicious without having to sacrifice, all or almost all the favorite foods those that are not healthy, you can give them a healthy version, you do not have to give it up if you do not adapt it to a healthy version that provides nutrients, vitamins and improve your life, and so avoid being sick, or having to go to a doctor, and believe me that would be more expensive, if you want us to put healthy food content vs food not- healthy, give feedback and we will give you several options.
